About me
Richard is a highly experienced finance professional with a background in investment management, strategic planning, and corporate financial governance. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London.
Born in Selhurst and a lifelong Crystal Palace fan, Richard built his career at respected institutions including AJ Bell and Evelyn Partners. In 2019, he met Simon Tung at Lloyds Bank in Birmingham; what began as a work connection quickly became a strong, trusted friendship.
That partnership ultimately led them to co-found XIVON FX Plus, where Richard now leads financial strategy, risk management, and global growth.
